We are not a public school district. Parents are responsible for complying with their state’s homeschool or education laws.
3. Guarantees
Enrollment is confirmed once payment and required documentation are received.
We offer a 14-day “Right-Fit” Guarantee from your child’s official start date:
- Written cancellation within 14 days = full tuition refund.
- After 14 days, tuition is non-refundable unless agreed in writing.
4. Tuition & Payments
Tuition and payment plans are agreed upon prior to enrollment.
Late payments may result in paused access to services.
5. No Academic Guarantees
We provide strong academic and spiritual instruction, but we do not guarantee specific academic, testing, or future outcomes.
Student success depends on attendance, effort, and parental involvement.
6. Faith-Based Instruction
Our curriculum integrates biblical principles across subjects.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this faith-centered approach.
7. Conduct
We expect respectful behavior from students and parents.
We reserve the right to remove families for serious misconduct. Refunds are not guaranteed in such cases.

All curriculum materials, recordings, and content belong to Thrive Online Academy LLC and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.
9. Communications
